Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Patani Barat tahun 2024 adalah 5.318 jiwa yang terdiri dari 2.748 jiwa laki laki dan 2.570 jiwa perempuan. Desa Bobane jaya merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak yakni sebesar 1.848 jiwa sedangkan desa Sibenpopo merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terkecil yakni 511 jiwa.
